Select Asset Class
Choose from Livestock (cattle, goats, small ruminants), Gold (ASM artisanal, Lobito IPPA cooperatives), Copper (ESG powder, Destiny Copper), or Gemstones. Each asset class has a validated payload schema enforced at ingestion.
Submit Batch Identification
Provide Batch ID, RFID/cryptographic tag identifier, head count or quantity, and asset class. The Ndeipi Enterprise Server generates a provisional Digital Twin record on submission, creating an immutable audit trail from the first data point.
Provide Provenance & GPS Data
Submit GPS coordinates of origin facility, cooperative identity (IPPA reference), provenance hash, and veterinary/lab certification number. The system validates geo-fence boundaries against registered cooperative licence areas.
Configure Commercial Routing
Assign marketplace partner (Vneed / Joe & Associates / Earls / ZAMACE / Aurion Trading), settlement rail (VneedPay / ABSA Coop Pay / Aurion Direct), designated buyer ID, and contract value. Routing parameters lock on submission.
Upload Documentation
Attach supporting provenance documents, health certificates, IPPA compliance records, and lab assay certificates. All documents are cryptographically hashed and appended to the Digital Twin record on the Ndeipi Enterprise Server.
Submit to Ndeipi Enterprise Server
Final payload validation against the deterministic object model. Cryptographic signature verification. Mandatory field enforcement. On pass, state transitions to SUBMITTED and webhook fires to configured broker endpoints.
