Gold-Street.xyz collects information you provide directly when submitting an institutional access request, broker registration, or contact form: full legal name, entity name, email address, phone number, intended allocation amount, and asset class preferences. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) via privacy-compliant analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used exclusively to: (a) evaluate institutional investor and broker access requests; (b) deliver requested investment briefs, platform documentation, and event registration materials; (c) comply with KYC/AML regulatory requirements applicable to commodity brokerage and digital asset activities under Zambian, Cayman Islands, and applicable international frameworks; and (d) communicate material platform updates to registered institutional counterparties.
3. KYC/AML Compliance
Gold-Street.xyz, operated by Migodi-Auric Ltd. and Aurion Trading Ltd., is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements. By submitting an access request, you consent to your provided information being processed through integrated compliance verification providers for identity verification, sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media review. This processing is a legal obligation, not optional.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only with: (a) integrated KYC/AML compliance providers for mandatory regulatory verification; (b) ABSA Bank Zambia for custody account establishment and Agency Banking onboarding; (c) 3iQ Corp for institutional custody arrangements where applicable; and (d) legal, regulatory, or government authorities where required by applicable law.
5. Data Storage & Security
All platform data is processed and stored on the Ndeipi Enterprise Server infrastructure. Access is controlled via multi-factor authentication and ED25519 cryptographic key verification. Audit logs of all data access and mutations are maintained on an immutable ledger. We apply industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not store financial instrument data (wallet addresses, private keys) on Gold-Street.xyz servers.
6. Cookies
Gold-Street.xyz uses essential cookies only: session authentication and security tokens. We do not use advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregated, anonymised form. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some portal authentication functions may not operate correctly without session cookies.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law (including GDPR where applicable), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); object to processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. KYC/AML records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Inactive access request data is purged after 2 years if no institutional relationship has been established.
9. Not a Public Offering
Gold-Street.xyz is not a public investment platform. Access is restricted to qualified institutional investors, accredited capital allocators, and regulated financial intermediaries. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation is not authorised. Consult your legal and financial advisors before making any investment decision.
